Mini usb charges 3.7 lipo?

Hello All,
On a B & T rtlduino, BW16 if i direct connect a 3.7 lipo 250 mAh battery, to 3,3 pin VCC & GRND will plugging in the usb serial cable to the rtlduino charge the lipo battery after it has depleted?

Apparently the BW16 RTLduino does NOT have charging function while they design this board, so my guess is NO, it will not charge it.

However, please stay tuned as some community members are actually re-designing the PCB and adding in the LIPO charging capability, it will be release sometime on Ameba Facebook group soon~
