If I have access to the private SDK, can I write image sensor drivers?

Hi.
I’m just wondering if it’s possible to assist in writing image sensor drivers if there’s access to the private SDK. There are some image sensors I’d like to use that are not yet supported, and I believe I should be able to port them from other platforms.

Do you mean that you would like to add a new camera sensor?

If you have access to the private SDK, there should be an email that is associated with you. You can reply to the email with your request, and we will support you from there. Thank you.

Sorry, I meant if I had access to the private SDK, if I’d be able to write my own image sensor drivers.

For now, we have not allow users to create their own image sensor drivers yet. May I know which camera sensor you would like to add in? You can register here to request for Private SDK, Buying IC/ NDA SDK related - #11 and we can discuss via email.
