The hal_sdhost_init_host() function is missing

Hello! Im trying to create file on SD card with hal_sdhost.h, but functions hal_sdhost_init_host(), hal_rtl_sdhost_init_card() and other from hal_sdhost.h not described (there is no .c file describing these functions ) in standart SDK.
