AMB82 DDR2 memory

I don’t understand if AMB82 has DDR2 128MB included or if it only supports this memory? If it doesn’t have it then how can I add this memory to the board? On the website www. amebaiot.com says “Supports MCM embedded DDR2/DDR3L” while on www.seedstudio.com it says “internal DDR2 128MB on SoC”. I want to buy this system but I have this uncertainty.

I couldn’t find the information on the RTL8735B and 6235Z-RRB Module
Someone please explain it clearly.
and How to get the flash and memory information from AMB82-mini?
