Is the RTL8720DN able to participate in an ad-hoc (IBSS) network?

Hi everyone,

I would like to know if the RTL8720DN is able to participate in an ad-hoc (IBSS) network.
And if the answer is yes: is it able to send/receive WPA-encrypted data in this mode, or is it restricted to unencrypted data?
