I have erased complete memory of BW16 using “image tool” and when uploading a basic blink code to BW16 then LED does not blink.

How much have you erase?

You need to erase at least 2048KB using the image_tool in order to completely wipe out the old B&T firmware and upload your own sketch like the blink
