Does bw16 support esp-tls (1.3 certificate)

We decided to use bw16 for our products, our products need to support 2.4G/5G routing, and need to support esp-tls (1.3 certificate).
Which sdk should I use, arduino sdk or standard sdk, do I need to sign the NDK agreement?

In addition, I used the standard sdk to run the sample, everything is normal, but the mode_switch_2 of wlan_scenario cannot connect to the 5G ap.

Unfortunately, ESP-TLS API is not supported on BW16. Regarding the wlan scenario issue on AmebaD Standard SDK, you may raise an issue on GitHub Issues · Ameba-AIoT/ameba-rtos-d · GitHub.
