What happened to Seeed Studio service?

I have ordered and paid for 30 x AMB82-minis - no response and no-one is on chat on the website - just no response at all? Are they going out of business?

Hi Pammy, I am thinking I need to produce the boards here in Australia - I am just starting up, but would be interested in getting at least 100 boards made - no-one seems to have any in stock. I would want to make some changes to the development board to suit my application. Let me know the best way to proceed. Thanks, Barry

Just to check, your plan is to purchase the AMB82-Mini boards and modify it yourself?

Hi, yes - in a way - I install them onto a mother board to provide the functionality I need, but in the future I am thinking of incorporating the MC chip and building directly.

We have already reached out to Seeed Studio, and they should have contacted you by now. If you need to purchase the AMB82-mini again in the future, you may also consider buying it from IC Shop as an alternative option.

Hi Kevin,

yes I checked in with ICShop and made an account - they quoted about twice the price, but I was willing to go there if I was desperate!

I’m looking into buying the modules and building my own boards - I think it’s the right way to go.
