RTL8720DF板在联网成功后出现崩溃：Hard Fault Patch (Non-secure)

使用RTL8720DF的芯片，在休眠唤醒重联网络成功后，出现“Hard Fault”的报错，但debug的串口还可以输入，应该是KM4这个核死掉了，而KM0这个核还能工作，请问是什么原因导致出现这种问题？是硬件还是软件问题？怎样排查定位问题？
