RF compliance documentation for AMB82-mini

For commercial use I need to get the finished product lab tested, which costs a lot ($20k+), but can be reduced a bit with existing documents showing the RF part has been pre-certified (full FCC and CE Test Reports) - are these documents available? Thanks, Barry
