I want to use the AMB82 mini as a USB camera on a raspberry PI, but i can’t get a picture from it, are there any settings i need to change?

You may try applying the modification shown below in UVCD_pram.h.
Depending on the decoder you are using, it may automatically handle and decode formats that are not explicitly supported, such as NV12.
