after using CUSTOMIZED .nb converted from online tool,
it gets core dump. please help to check where it gets wrong.

- model file .h5 was converted into .nb

May i check did you create a folder name NN_MDL in the SD card and rename the .nb into imgclassification.nb. You can follow the guide at here. I had tested and got the hardfault error when the directory or name of the .nb is not set correctly.

Got it, after I renamed the file in SDcard to imgclassification.nb
it is working fine !
