# Matter OTA issue with RTL\_AMEBAZII\_DEV\_2VO

Hi there,  
I am currently working with Matter 1.5 and testing the OTA process using the OTA Provider within the Test Harness.

I have successfully set up the environment and flashed the sample application onto the EVB. I then used `ota_image_tool.py` to generate the OTA image and attempted the update via the **ota-provider** in the Test Harness. However, the OTA update consistently fails at a specific stage.

**Issue Description:**

- **Failure Point:** The process fails every time the Provider attempts to update **Block 376**.

- **Error Observed:** The FW log reports a **Usage Fault**

Could you please help analyze the root cause of this Usage Fault? And how can I upload my log file?
