# Global shutter camera for Ameba Pro 2

Does Ameba Pro 2 support a camera with a global shutter? In the Arduino IDE, the listed camera options all have a rolling shutter. A global shutter option would be great for fast-moving applications, including robots.

I also went through the list of possible cameras in [this thread](https://forum.amebaiot.com/t/amb82-mini-adding-a-new-camera-sensor/3029/2) and unfortunately none of them have global shutters.

All current HW supported sensors are lists here.

If none of them have global shutters, unfortunately Ameba Pro 2 currently not supported. But looks like the function is highly linked with a camera.
