Hello Realtek Support,

I am using:

- Board: AMB82-MINI

- Arduino IDE: 2.3.10

- AmebaPro2 SDK: 4.1.1-build20261030

- Windows 11

My Windows username is `ragoj`.

When I compile, I receive these errors:

```plaintext
Failed to open directory: 3
Failed to open ino_validation.txt: 3
Failed to open amebapro2_fwfs_nn_models.json: 3
```

The validator incorrectly tries to access:

`C:\Users\Hardworker\AppData\Local\arduino\sketches`

My actual Windows path is:

`C:\Users\ragoj\AppData\Local\arduino\sketches`

I have checked my Windows environment variables, Arduino CLI configuration and build.options.json. They all correctly use `ragoj`.

Could you please help me fix this problem?

Thank you.

Hi @ragojaexpertmade,

Thank you for reaching out and for providing the detailed information.

Based on the information shared, we would like to clarify a few details regarding your Windows account and user profile directory to help us investigate the issue further.

Can I confirm that your Windows account username may be `Hardworker`, while your user profile directory is located at `C:\Users\ragoj`?

**1. Check your Windows account username:**

`echo %USERNAME%`

**2. Check your Windows user profile directory:**

`echo %USERPROFILE%`

You may let us know the output.

For your information, the validation tool includes a username check that replaces the user profile folder name in the path if it differs from the Windows account username.

However, we understand that the Windows account username and user profile folder name may not always be identical.

Hence, please find a version of the modified tool and replace it in \AppData\Local\Arduino15\packages\realtek\tools\ameba\_pro2\_tools\1.5.0.

We have made some adjustments to the tool to preserve the existing user profile path if the directory is valid.

Please find the modified version of `ino_validation_windows.exe` attached and kindly replace the existing executable in the following directory:

`C:\Users\ragoj\AppData\Local\Arduino15\packages\realtek\tools\ameba_pro2_tools\1.5.0`

After replacing the executable, please try compiling your sketch again and let us know if the issue persists. Thank you.

Hi Pammy,

Thank you. I replaced `ino_validation_windows.exe` with the modified version and tried compiling again.

The original validation error appears to be fixed, but the next program, `cmodel_backup_windows.exe`, now fails with:

`Failed to open dir at: C:\Users\Hardworker\AppData\Local\arduino\sketches\...`

My Windows username is `Hardworker`, but my profile folder is `C:\Users\ragoj`.

Could you please provide a corrected `cmodel_backup_windows.exe` as well, or advise me how to fix this next error?

Thank you for your help.
